Fall 2024 Panther Creek Group Lesson Survey

Many, many thanks to ALL of you for your help and support as we have launched our new lesson booking system! We are working with our development team to make these processes even easier and more seamless for our Fall Semester. If you would please help us plan for Fall by filling out this survey, we will begin building a plan that hopefully works for all.

• you WILL need to fill out a form for each rider in your family or group, as we understand different riders have different scheduling needs.
• note on the “rating” questions (times/days) we will be reviewing your top three ranked choices. Goal will be to utilize day and time choices #1 and #2.
